When you walk into a major conference, you can usually tell what the big theme is within the first few minutes. At INBOUND 2025, there was no question. AI was everywhere. For Matthew Stein, executive producer of Prompted: Builder Stories and part of the Agent.ai team, this year’s INBOUND was different from any other he had attended.
“AI is definitely front and center stage, everywhere you look,” he said. What he saw on the ground was not just hype. It was people rolling up their sleeves to explore how agents could save them time, cut costs, and unlock new ways of working.
